Our specialist services include

1. Machine breakdown repairs, one of our multiskilled engineers will attend your site and trace the issue. We will get you back in production fast. All aspects of machinery repairs are covered ie: Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Software etc

2. Machinery Installation / Relocation Decommissioning, installation of bar feeds, robot loaders, PLC Modification and software writing etc.

3. Spindle overhaul. We carry out In-house spindle repairs and regrinds with machine spindles refurbished to OEM standards. Even the most seriously damaged spindle tapers can be brought back to good as new specifications. We also offer on site spindle taper grinding this is extremely useful for larger machine tools and Horizontal borers.

4. Probably one of the few companies left in the UK with the knowledge to undertake Box Slideway repairs, re-turciting and hand scraping to OEM standards.

5. CNC Control and drive repairs to Fanuc and Heidenhain CNC systems. These are repaired at our in house repair laboratory, all CNC systems fully tested on our own Victor CNC machinery before refitting at your site.
